This version showcases premium Madagascan vanilla, selected for its aromatic quality. Made from real pods, with no artificial flavourings, it complements the pastry perfectly and adds a deliciously fragrant note.

A resting period that makes all the difference
At La Fabrique, the puff pastry is left to rest in the cold for at least 8 hours before baking. This resting time is not a minor detail: it allows the pastry to develop its structure, become more uniform and react better to baking.
When tasted, the result is immediate:
a delicately caramelised surface, light and airy layers and a slightly melt-in-the-mouth centre, prolonging the pleasure on the palate.
